Retail Vendors

We welcome vendor applications and will confirm approval via email for those selected to participate in our 2025 Yin on Fire Marketplace.

Please review the information below to ensure this event is a good fit for you.

Event Dates: October 2-5, 2025

Gates open to everyone on Thursday at 2 pm and the event ends Sunday at 12:00 pm.

Location: Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort  is located to the east side of Zion National Park. You can get there by driving through Zion National Park, taking Hwy 59 through Colorado City to Hwy 89, or going through Cedar City or Parowan from I-15.

Schedule: The daily schedule details are still being finalized. 

We do know our kick off opening ceremonies will begin on the main stage at 7:00 pm on Thursday, Oct 2 and run until 10 p.m.

Marketplace Location & Set Up:

You can begin selecting your booth space, available on a first come, first served basis, as soon as the gates open at 2 pm Thursday, Oct. 2.  The Marketplace is being set up around the perimeter of the sports field (the main stage area) and the food court area. We want you front and center where all the traffic is. Our Director and staff will be onsite to help you get situated. 

Marketplace Hours:

You can operate your booth whenever you want, beginning on Thursday afternoon after gates open at 2:00 pm through Sunday at closing which is 12:00 pm.  Workshops will be Friday and Saturday between 9 am-5 pm.

Vendor Pricing (Marketplace)

At Yin on Fire, vendors can choose the contribution model that best fits their business.

Option 1: Giver Ticket + 20% Commission

  • Donate: Any amount between $50–$299 for a Giver Ticket
  • Commission: 20% of your net profits from on-site sales
  • Due: Payable within one (1) week after the event

Note: The ticketing page may show Giver tickets as “Sold Out,” but Giver Tickets are available for approved vendors. See contact info below.

Option 2: Receiver Ticket (No Commission)

  • Donate: $300+ for a Receiver Ticket
  • Commission: $0 — no commission on your net profits

How to Get a Giver Ticket (Vendors Only)

Email our Marketplace Director, Kara Wells, at marketplace@yinonfire.com for vendor access to a Giver Ticket.

“Net profits” = your total event sales minus your direct costs of goods sold.

Lodging for Vendors: Tent camping is free. But You MUST reserve a campsite by emailing camping@yinonfire.com.

There is no dry docking available for RV’s or camp trailers. 

Hi-Road Basecamp is located approximately 7 miles from the venue. They have spots available (while they last) for RV’s, trailers and campsites.

There are limited RV hook up spots available to rent through the Zion Ponderosa Ranch site as well as a variety of rentals from conestoga wagons, to cabins, to tiny homes, to large luxury homes at that same link.

To reserve rented lodging, you MUST enter in the dates and then click PROMOTIONAL CODE and enter YOF25 and click SEARCH. This code unlocks access to lodging for those dates as it’s not available to the public, otherwise.

Refunds: We have a no refund ticket policy. If you have to cancel being a vendor, please and let her know as soon as possible. Your ticket can be transferred to a friend or postponed until next year’s event.
